Crunchy Fish Tacos

  • Gorton's potato crunch fish sticks (12 fish sticks)
  • 1/2 a Napa cabbage, shredded
  • 1 c julianne red onion (can sometimes buy prepared on salad bar)
  • Light Italian dressing, as needed
  • Sea salt and freshly cracked pepper to taste
  • Corn tortillas, as needed
  • Wholly Salsa® dip
  1. Bake the fish in the oven per the package instructions. While they're cooking, toss the cabbage and onion in just enough dressing to coat. Season it with salt and pepper.
  2. Wrap the corn tortillas in damp paper towels and heat in the microwave for 30 seconds. Place 2 crispy fish in the center of each tortilla, top with Wholly Salsa dip and a heap of the Napa slaw. Serve immediately.
