Taco Pinwheels

These are an easy appetizer and sure to be a crowd-pleaser! Our Taco Pinwheels are topped with WHOLLY® GUACAMOLE Spicy and are a great addition to your game day spread!

- 1-pound ground beef
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1 packet medium taco seasoning
- 3 ounces cream cheese
- 2 packages puff pastry
- 2 cups shredded Mexican cheese
TOPPINGS
- 7.5-ounces WHOLLY® GUACAMOLE Spicy
- 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
- Cook ground beef and onion in medium saucepan until cooked through. Add taco seasoning and cook per package instructions.
- Stir in cream cheese until well combined, let cool.
- Roll puff pastry out flat and spread half of beef mixture. Sprinkle cheese on top.
- Gently roll puffy pastry up. Cut 3/4″ pieces and place flat onto greased baking sheet.
- Repeat second puff pastry sheet and second half of meat mixture.
- Cook at 350° for 10-15 minutes or until dough is cooked through.
- Top with WHOLLY® GUACAMOLE Spicy and cilantro.
