Berry Delicious Avocado Smoothie Bowl

Breakfast has never been better! A sweet berry bowl but smoother and creamier thanks to the avocado without the fuss.

- 2 cups fresh spinach leaves
- 8-ounces WHOLLY® Diced Avocado
- 1/2 cup fresh pineapple, cubed
- 1 mango, peeled and pitted
- 1/4 cup coconut water
- 1 kiwi, peeled and sliced
- 1/2 cup toasted coconut
- 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
- 1 banana, sliced
- (any variation of fruit can be served)
- In blender, process spinach and next 4 ingredients until smooth. Divide mixture evenly among 2 bowls. Top evenly with kiwi, coconut, blueberries and banana slices.
