Pomegranate and Feta Mini Avocado Toasts

These mini avocado toasts are topped with pomegranate arils and feta cheese. But what really kicks them up a notch is garnishing them with a honey drizzle, red pepper flakes and sea salt. An easy appetizer your guests will love!

- 1 baguette, sliced into 1” pieces
- Olive oil spray
- Salt and pepper
- 8-ounces WHOLLY® Diced Avocado
- 1/2 cup pomegranate arils
- 1/2 cup feta cheese crumbles
GARNISH
- Honey drizzle
- Red pepper flakes
- Sea salt flakes
- Lay baguette slices on foil lined baking sheet. Spray with olive oil and add a pinch of salt and pepper. Broil on high for 4 minutes, or until golden, flipping halfway.
- Top each piece with about 1 tablespoon of WHOLLY® Diced Avocado.
- Top with pomegranate arils and feta cheese.
- Garnish with honey drizzle, red pepper flakes and sea salt.
