Cheesy Beef Enchilada Pizza

This pizza recipe is packed with flavor, loaded with enchilada beef, cheese and WHOLLY® GUACAMOLE Classic. An unexpected combination that will have everyone wanting seconds!

- Nonstick cooking spray
- 1/2 cup red enchilada sauce
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 1/2-pound 80% lean ground beef
- 1/2 tablespoon taco seasoning
- All-purpose flour for dusting
- 16-ounce refrigerated pizza dough
- 2 cups shredded Colby Jack cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 cup WHOLLY® GUACAMOLE Classic
GARNISH
- Mexican Crema
- Cilantro
- Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
- Spray 14-inch pizza pan or sheet pan with cooking spray.
- In medium bowl, whisk enchilada sauce and tomato paste together, set aside.
- Heat large skillet over medium-high heat and cook beef for 8 minutes, or until browned. Drain beef; add taco seasoning and cook 1 minute, stirring frequently.
- On lightly floured work surface, roll dough into 14-inch circle; place on prepared pan.
- Leaving 1/2 inch border, spread sauce mixture over dough; sprinkle with beef mixture and cheese. Sprinkle edges of dough with chili powder.
- Bake pizza at 450° for 17 minutes, or until bottom and edges of crust are golden brown and cheese is melted.
- Dollop pizza with WHOLLY® GUACAMOLE Classic.
- Garnish with Mexican crema, cilantro and crushed red pepper.
