Wholly™ Eggs Benedict

Ingredients
  • 1 extra large Land O Lakes® Eggs
  • Canadian bacon, sliced
  • Whole wheat English muffin
  • Wholly Guacamole Avocado Verde Dip
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar
Instructions
  1. Bring a small pan of water to a boil. Meanwhile toast the English muffin and warm the Canadian bacon.
  2. Once the water is boiling, lower to a simmer add vinegar and add egg very gently.
  3. Cook the egg for about 3 minutes and remove with a slotted spoon.
  4. Place cooked egg on warm English muffin and Canadian bacon and top with salsa.
  5. Add salt and pepper if desired.
