Tilapia Ceviche

Ingredients
  • 1 package Gorton’s roasted garlic grilled tilapia, defrosted
  • 1/2 lime
  • 1/2 cup garden fresca salsa
  • Sea salt to taste
  • Wholly Guacamole® dip
  • Corn tortilla chips
Instructions
  1. Large dice the tilapia and toss with the juice of 1/2 a lime and the salsa. Season to your taste with sea salt.
  2. Top each chip with a spoon of guacamole and then top that with a spoon of the ceviche. Serve immediately.
