Egg White Breakfast Wraps

Ingredients
  • 5-6 egg whites
  • 3 slices deli ham
  • 1/3 cup hash browns
  • 2 tablespoons grated cheddar
  • 1/2 cup fresh spinach
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 (2 ounce) package of Wholly™ Chunky Avocado Minis
  • Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. Heat olive oil in a small non-stick skillet
  2. Once skillet is hot, add egg whites and cook for 1-2 minutes
  3. Add grated cheese, hash browns, ham and spinach, cook additional 1 minute
  4. Remove heat from skillet
  5. Using a spatula, carefully roll egg whites like a tortilla
  6. Cut in half and serve with Wholly™ Chunky Avocado for dipping
