

Banana Avocado slush

Ingredients
- 1-Cup milk
- 1 banana
- 1/2 avocado-pitted and scooped out
- 1-cup vanilla yogurt
- 1 Tbs Coconut oil
- 1-tsp real Lemon juice
- 3 ice cubes
- Place in Blender for 45 seconds or until ice is crushed.
- Rub top of 2nd half of avacado with Lemon juice.
- Wrap tightly & refregerate for the next day.
- Notes-- Serving size = 2 Cups. Have a slush every day for one week to control cholesterol.
