Banana Avocado slush

Ingredients

  • 1-Cup milk
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 avocado-pitted and scooped out
  • 1-cup vanilla yogurt
  • 1 Tbs Coconut oil
  • 1-tsp real Lemon juice
  • 3 ice cubes
Instructions
  1. Place in Blender for 45 seconds or until ice is crushed.
  2. Rub top of 2nd half of avacado with Lemon juice.
  3. Wrap tightly & refregerate for the next day.
  4. Notes-- Serving size = 2 Cups. Have a slush every day for one week to control cholesterol.
