  1. You have already confirmed your subscription but still can't seem to login at eatwholly.com?
    Not to worry! You've likely only just confirmed our newsletter subscription email and not the separate eatwholly.com confirmation email asking you to confirm your email address so you may login on eatwholly.com. You probably just need to go to 2. below. If 2. below does not work then you might not be registered under that particular email address and you should probably proceed to 5. below.

  2. Can't login because your Email Address is not confirmed?
    It may take up to 4 hours to receive your confirmation email from eatwhollysupport[at]eatwholly.com. We ask that you please be patient. CLICK HERE to resend your confirmation email now and follow the instructions in the confirmation email to confirm your email address, then try logging in again. Again, this confirmation email may take a while to arrive, so please be patient. If after re-confirming your email address does not work, then you likely need to proceed to 5. below.

  3. Can't login because your Session has Expired?
    Shut down all browsers, restart your computer, then CLICK HERE to resend your confirmation email and then follow the instructions in the confirmation email to confirm your email address again to create a new Session, then try logging in again.

  4. Can't login because your Username and/or Password are incorrect or not found?

  5. Can't request your username or reset your password because your Email Address not found/valid?
    Verify that you entered your email address correctly and try again. If your email address is still not found then this means that you don't have a registered account with us for that particular email address. Please REGISTER A NEW ACCOUNT with us for that new email address and then you'll receive instructions for completing the registration process and logging into to access any eligible coupons.

  6. Can't confirm your email address because Email Address has already been confirmed?
    This is okay! This means your email address has already been confirmed and you simply need to login. If you still can't login then this means you likely are using the wrong username and/or password combination and you need to refer to 3. above.
